Are you a creative soul with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for beauty, branding, and content creation? Join us this fall as our Graphic Design Intern and become part of a fast-moving, beauty-loving team at Dashl Beauty.
About the Role
As our Graphic Design Intern, you’ll support our Senior Graphic Designer in designing content across digital and print. From social media assets, newsletters, and campaign visuals to packaging, and brand presentations – you’ll get hands-on experience in bringing a modern beauty brand to life visually.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with our senior in-house graphic designer on a wide range of tasks including e-commerce visuals, packaging design, editing images and videos, brainstorming campaign ideas, creating content for product launches, refining templates, and ensuring consistency across digital assets
Design social media content, stories, and ads in line with our brand identity
Create visuals for newsletters, web, and e-commerce
Support in designing campaign assets, both digital and print
Assist in developing packaging mock-ups and POS materials
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and brand storytelling
Help maintain and evolve our visual guidelines
Who You Are
Currently studying Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
A strong eye for layout, colour, typography, and detail
Passionate about beauty, trends, and digital culture
A team player who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow
Bonus: experience with video editing or motion graphics (Capcut, After Effects or similar)
Internship Details
Duration: Fall 2025 (starting late August/early September. The start date is flexible.)
Location: Stockholm (Dashl HQ in central Stockholm)
Internship is unpaid, so ideally part of a university program for credit

About Dashl
Dashl was founded 2016 in Stockholm by two female entrepreneurs to disrupt and digitize the beauty industry.
The explosive growth of the beauty industry has made the climate in the industry highly competitive, which has made it difficult for self-employed stylists to reach new customers. At the same time, the industry has not adapted to today's consumers' need to be able to book beauty services digitally when and where it suits them. The lack of digitalisation has made the industry inefficient and the high demand from customers has not matched the supply that exists, this has also put consumers in an uncertain situation regarding the quality of the services performed.
With a focus on sustainability and decent working conditions, we currently have over 400 women who freelance via Dashl, where they get the opportunity to work flexibly with a profession they are passionate about, on their own terms and at the same time become financially independent. At the same time, we provide consumers with an opportunity to discover and book verified beauty stylists. They can have beauty treatments delivered to their home or office. Dashl also has Beauty Bars where you can drop in for quick beauty treatments. We simply make beauty treatments available to everyone!
