About Dashl:

Dashl is a beauty concept that not only lifts your beauty, but the diverse workforce of women within the industry. From our shop-in-shop Beauty Bars to vegan and cruelty free products. All our beauty treatments in Sweden (that's where we started) and Europe are kind to you and the planet. Free of harsh fumes, electric nail files and harmful ingredients. Waterless manicures, sterilized tools and disinfected beauty stations are our vibe. Founded by women, for women we have today over 350 female stylists work with us. We strive to give back to our staff of queens. Through good education, and an opportunity to shine in their career. All women should be able to build their skills and have an awesome job.We have been operating our successful shop-in-shop beauty bars that we have inside H&M stores in Sweden, Germany and Netherlands since 2017. In November we opened our first Beauty Bar inside the H&M flagship store in central London. Now looking to recruit amazing, service minded people that love beauty! The roles we have available are positions for Nail Technicians and Brow- & Lash stylists.


AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

NAIL TECHNICIAN

Are you a passionate, detail-oriented and experienced nail technician? We only work with Gel Polish (shellac) so knowledge of nail extensions is not required. Experience with OPI would be desirable but it's not a requirement. You will offer both manicure and pedicure services at our beauty bars, as well as assist customers with their booking and advice with regards to our products.

LASH AND BROW STYLIST

Knowledge of Lash Lift, Brow Lift, coloring of eyebrows and eyelashes, plucking of eyebrows and styling is needed. Experience with thread technology would be desirable (not a requirement). You will offer these services at our beauty bars, as well as assist customers with their booking and advice with regards to our products.

About Dashl

Dashl was founded 2016 in Stockholm by two female entrepreneurs to disrupt and digitize the beauty industry. 

The explosive growth of the beauty industry has made the climate in the industry highly competitive, which has made it difficult for self-employed stylists to reach new customers. At the same time, the industry has not adapted to today's consumers' need to be able to book beauty services digitally when and where it suits them. The lack of digitalisation has made the industry inefficient and the high demand from customers has not matched the supply that exists, this has also put consumers in an uncertain situation regarding the  quality of the services performed.

With a focus on sustainability and decent working conditions, we currently have over 400 women who freelance via Dashl, where they get the opportunity to work flexibly with a profession they are passionate about, on their own terms and at the same time become financially independent. At the same time, we provide consumers with an opportunity to discover and book verified beauty stylists. They can have beauty treatments delivered to their home or office. Dashl also has Beauty Bars where you can drop in for quick beauty treatments. We simply make beauty treatments available to everyone!
