About Dashl:

Dashl is a beauty concept that not only lifts your beauty, but the diverse workforce of women within the industry. From our shop-in-shop Beauty Bars to vegan and cruelty free products. All our beauty treatments in Sweden (that's where we started) and Europe are kind to you and the planet. Free of harsh fumes, electric nail files and harmful ingredients. About the role - Beauty Bar Manager

Are you an authentic and committed manager who likes taking responsibility for your employees and administrative tasks? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Bar Manager to lead our team and drive our business forward. You will oversee all aspects of salon operations, including team management, customer service, business development, and financial performance. This role requires a dynamic, inspirational individual with strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Beauty Bar operates smoothly, providing exceptional services to customers, and achieving revenue targets.

This role will be under constant development and growth and it consists of building a strong customer base in London, personnel support and operational Beauty Bar management, eg purchasing goods and products for the Beauty Bar, service management, as well as responsibility for customer events and activities.

You will be the FACE of the brand, you will be confident in leading a team, educating and coaching them to success. You will be the LINK between head office and the Beauty Bar employees. You will be setting up processes and standards within the Beauty Bar. This amazing opportunity also gives you the ability to work closely with our co-founders/CEO and COO of the business, as well as our Head of Beauty Bar Operations, so as we grow and develop, it opens up endless opportunities to grow and develop your career.

To success in the role as Beauty Bar Manager at Dashl you should also have the ability to inspire others and motivate your employees to strive to always be the best in sales and customer experience each and every day. The Beauty Bar’s success will be built on your ability to coach others to reach their full potential. You are in charge for every customer visiting us, are greeted by professional and well-motivated stylists who strive and want to make beauty treatments of the highest quality.

It’s a plus if you have experience as a nail technician, or with brows or lashes, but not required. But since this is role is within the beauty sector, you should preferably come from a skincare/beauty/cosmetic background.

You must be

• Experienced in managing, coaching, developing and leading a team. Need proven experience of a minimum of 2 years

• Sales and KPI driven
• Able to demonstrate ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed business targets
• An inspirational leader with great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passionate about operations, have a natural flair for setting up process and procedures to ensure smooth running of the Beauty Bar
• Confident in fully managing the Beauty Bar and not reliant on constant hand holding
• Having a strong strategic thinking, capable of seeing the big picture and setting the right priorities
• A self starter: Has demonstrated an ability to make initiatives and see them to the end without supervision
• Having a strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Solid understanding of salon operations, customer service, and business development strategies
• Having strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Having flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary package: 

- 29.000K to 33.000K per year depending on previous experience.
- 20% commission bonus on sales.
- 100% of the tips directly to yourself.
- Signing bonus of £250, which you will receive after 6 months of employment with us.
