OM OSS Dashl driver Beauty Bars i Sverige, Tyskland och Holland och arbetar uteslutande med några av de mest kända modeåterförsäljarna såsom H&M, där flesta av våra Beauty Bars finns som "shop-in-shop". Vi expanderar ständigt och har just nu sex framgångsrika Beauty Bars i Sverige och fyra i Tyskland och en i Holland med flera nyöppningar planerade! Vi erbjuder behandlingar inom naglar, bryn och fransar samt hår och makeup. Då vi fortsätter att växa söker vi nu duktiga nagelteknologer och brow- och lashlift stylister med det lilla extra för att bli en del av ett redan fantastiskt team och växa med oss!
Vi söker nu dig som vill jobba heltid/deltid hos oss. Meriterande om du kan både naglar och fransar/bryn!
OM ROLLERNA
Nagelteknolog: Vi söker dig som är utbildad och erfaren manikyrist och nagelteknolog med kunskap av minst basic nailart. Vi arbetar enbart med Gel Polish (gellack) och inte förlängning.
Brow & lashlift stylist: Vi söker dig som är utbildad och erfaren inom lashlift och browlift, bryn- och fransfärgning samt gärna också trådning. Det är meriterande att ha arbetat med lashlift märket Elleebana men inte ett krav.
VEM VI SÖKER
En person som är självständig, utåtriktad, noggrann och brinner för att göra kunder nöjda genom att ge bästa möjliga kundservice vilket också inkluderar försäljning av produkter i samband med behandlingar. Vi ser också att du är serviceinriktad och gillar att jobba självständigt lika mycket som i ett team. Din kommunikativa förmåga är god, du är ansvarstagande och tar egna initiativ. Vidare är du lösningsorienterad med en prestigelös och med en professionell inställning gentemot både kunder och överordnade. För att trivas på Dashl och i teamet bör du vara en riktig ”do-er” som trivs i en dynamisk och snabbrörlig miljö! Du ska kunna skapa goda relationer med kunder och utveckla en återkommande kundbas.

About Dashl
Dashl was founded 2016 in Stockholm by two female entrepreneurs to disrupt and digitize the beauty industry.
The explosive growth of the beauty industry has made the climate in the industry highly competitive, which has made it difficult for self-employed stylists to reach new customers. At the same time, the industry has not adapted to today's consumers' need to be able to book beauty services digitally when and where it suits them. The lack of digitalisation has made the industry inefficient and the high demand from customers has not matched the supply that exists, this has also put consumers in an uncertain situation regarding the quality of the services performed.
With a focus on sustainability and decent working conditions, we currently have over 400 women who freelance via Dashl, where they get the opportunity to work flexibly with a profession they are passionate about, on their own terms and at the same time become financially independent. At the same time, we provide consumers with an opportunity to discover and book verified beauty stylists. They can have beauty treatments delivered to their home or office. Dashl also has Beauty Bars where you can drop in for quick beauty treatments. We simply make beauty treatments available to everyone!
